Inspired by Lisa Frank and the blurry-eyed monotony of mid-quarantine life, I started a new series in January 2021 in which I reimagined the cheery lil’ ingenues of early-2000s youth culture designs as if they were trapped in contemporary circumstances. This was the first of three marker drawingx.
